     I have my forum hosted through Alxnet, which I haven't have any previous experience, but it seems to be a simple and easy to use service.  I don't know what their stance is on board moderation, but it doesn't matter, I will check the board from time to time, and I will delete people who become disruptive or otherwise counter productive.  Without any more bull, click Here to go to the forum.
